Sunday October 4th
Start Area
Please make your way only to the 2K Walk starting area. There is no need to try to enter the runners’ start line, as the signage and participant access are different.
Avoid Crowding
There is no reason to crowd at the walk start, this is not a competitive event. Please wait calmly for the start, walk with your group or individually, and follow the instructions of our volunteers.
Hydration
Please remember that at Pedion tou Areos, our hydration sponsor will be providing free bottles of water for participants.
Don’t Forget Your Hat!
Make sure to bring a hat. Sun exposure and heat may affect you during the event.
#GRFC with Respect for Others
It is great to take photos to help spread the message of breast cancer awareness. However, please ensure that your enthusiasm for photography does not disrupt the flow of participants or the start process. We are so many, let’s respect each other.
Return to Pedion tou Areos
After the walk ends, we return to Pedion tou Areos, where many more surprises await.
Respect for the Environment
Our goal is to leave the city and Pedion tou Areos clean after this beautiful celebration of life. Please help us by not littering in the streets or the park, avoiding single-use plastics, and ensuring that you leave nothing behind except your footprint against breast cancer.
